In the fight to eliminate malaria in the Mekong, villager Saw Zar Li is one of more than 20,000 people across Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam — on the front lines, armed with mosquito nets and rapid diagnostic tests. They dispense medicine and advice in remote locations, with support from the Global Fund.
