THAT’S AFTER FILING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA SECRETARY OF STATE. YOU’LL REMEMBER SEVERAL CENTRAL IOWA CITIES AGREED TO JOIN THIS NEW REGIONAL WATER UTILITY LAST YEAR. THE GOAL THERE WAS STRONGER WATER PRODUCTION AND MORE AFFORDABLE BILLS. THAT INCLUDES CITIES LIKE DES MOINES, CLIVE, ANKENY, JOHNSTON AND NORWALK.
