The last episode in the series was with Dr. Stopyra emphasizing the necessity of cultivating a strong safety culture within healthcare organizations: "It's important for us in healthcare to prioritize a safety culture rooted in our values, beliefs, and norms...and thereby improve our ability to take the best care of our patients so they can heal and be well."
